Pukul-pukul badan bandeng agar daging hancur dan lepas dari kuliskannya dengan memakai pemukul kayu&lt;br /&gt;3. belah sedikit kulis di bawah kepala lalu keluarkan daging ikan melalui lubang itu sambil perlahan-lahan kulit dibalik melalui lubang untuk memudahkan pengambilan daging dan tinggal kulit bersama ekor dan kepala, cuci bersih&lt;br /&gt;4. daging bandeng yang telah dikeluarkan diletakkan dalam wajam, lalu beri sedikit air dan jerang di api untuk memudahkan pemisahan duri.&lt;br /&gt;5. Tumis daging yang sudah dibersihkan denga minyak bumbu yang telah dihaluskan.&lt;br /&gt;6. Campung daging ikan dengan tepung panir, telur dan bumbu yang dihaluskan dan sudah ditumis. Blender pisang dengan susu sampai lembut. Rebus campuran susu, mentega, gula dan bumbu lapis legit sambil diaduk sampai mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tambahkan garam, air dan havermut. Bumbu: belender bawang bombay. campur dengan bawang putih, saus teriyaki, kecap jepang, merica bubuk dan gula pasir. Aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;2. Rendam ayam dalam bumbu. Diamkan 30 menit.&lt;br /&gt;3. Lumuri ayam degan 1 sdm kecap inggris, 1/2 sdt merica bubuk dn 1 sdt garam. Diamkan 30 menit&lt;br /&gt;2. Celup ke telur. Gulingkan di tepung panir kasar&lt;br /&gt;3. Goreng dalam minyak yang sudah dipanaskan sampai matang&lt;br /&gt;4. Saus: tumis bawang bombay dan merica hitam sampai harum. Tambahkan tepung terigu. Aduk sampai berbutir.&lt;br /&gt;5. Tuang air kaldu ayam sedikit-sedikit sambil diaduk sampai licin. Masukkan saus barbeque, garam dan gula pasir. Masak sampai kental.&lt;br /&gt;6.
